What is the Lady Affairs sanitary pant?
The Lady Affairs Sanitary Pant is a single, all-in- one, as opposed to a conventional sanitary pad that adheres to your underwear. It combines the structure panty with the functionality of a high-absorbency pad. The product moves with you without shifting or bunching thanks to its 360-degree security design.
Who is it for?
Anyone who menstruates and wants more comfort, better leak protection, and lower monthly spend. It is especially useful for Heavy Flow Ladies, New Mothers, Active Lifestyles, working professionals, travel days, and first-time period users
Do I need to wear a regular panty with this?
No. Lady Affairs is designed to replace your regular underwear entirely during your period. It provides a seamless, body-hugging fit that is undetectable even under tight clothing.
How many pieces are in a pack?
We have 10 pieces in a pack, while we have 27 packs in a carton
Is it suitable for teenagers / first period?
Yes. It can be easier and less stressful than pads because it reduces shifting and leak accidents. Make sure to pick the right size.
What are the sizes on sale?
We have two major sizes, Medium & Large, which cost the same.
How do I know what size to buy?
UK Size 8 – 10 = Medium
Uk Size 10 – 14 = Large

Will it cause skin irritation or rashes?
Lady Affairs prioritizes dermatological safety. The Hydrophilic Topsheet is made from ultra-soft, non-woven cotton that instantly pulls moisture away from the skin. This prevents the “bruising” and “chafing” often caused by the plastic-like surfaces of older mass-market brands
How does Lady Affairs manage menstrual odor?
We use a dual-action system:
1. SAP Technology: Super Absorbent Polymers turn fluid into a stable gel, trapping odors inside the core.
2. Breathability: The back sheet is made of a breathable film that allows heat to dissipate, preventing the bacterial growth that causes offensive odors
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our materials are selected to be hypoallergenic and chemical-free, addressing common consumer concerns about “fake” or low-quality materials that cause itching.
3. Absorbency & Leak Protection
Will it leak?
If sized correctly and used within its absorbency range, it is designed to reduce leaks significantly. Leak issues usually come from incorrect sizing, very heavy flow, or wearing it for too many hours without changing
How many hours can I wear it?
This depends on flow level. As a rule: lighter days last longer, heavier days require more frequent change. If you feel dampness or discomfort, change immediately.
Is it good for overnight?
Many customers use it overnight for extra peace of mind. For very heavy flow, recommend a heavier absorbency option or combine with a pad.
Does it help with spotting / discharge?
Yes, many customers use it for light spotting and everyday protection (e.g., pre-period or endof-period days).

How do I choose my size?
There are 2 different sizes available. The medium and the large sizes
Will it feel bulky?
It should feel like normal underwear with a slightly thicker protective area. Under most outfits it is not noticeable.
Does it cause irritation?
Generally, no, Lady Affairs sanitary pants are designed to prevent irritation. If it causes irritation, please discontinue.
The product Has an ultra-soft, non-woven cotton topsheet specifically engineered to be hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin.
